It's Moving Day!

I've been posting on Mondays for a while, so if you were expecting an article today about narcissism recovery, healthy eating, or tips for living a healthy lifestyle, that completely makes sense.

However, today's post is something different. Moving forward, I'll be posting on Fridays. This Friday, I'll be posting about attachment styles, and be controversial yet brave as I explain why I don't care if your attachment style is anxious or avoidant. In November, we'll talk about how to enjoy a healthy, happy Thanksgiving holiday, explore not one, but two, easy-to-prepare recipes, and further discuss attachment and how it affects your relationship with yourself and others.

As you can see, all the good stuff you expect from my blog will continue--just on a different day. I'll see you this Friday!
